Satellite coverage can be plagued by a number of problems that can compromise the effectiveness of telecommunications, earth monitoring, and rescue operations. Limited satellite coverage can cause disruptions in signal transmission, slowing the speed and quality of communications.
To address and overcome the challenges of satellite coverage, we have developed an
innovative solution: the balloon constellation. This constellation can be used to
complement and enhance the coverage provided by traditional satellites.
The balloons can fly over a specific area, providing broader and more reliable coverage
on their own. Because of their strategic positioning and ability to operate in sync with
existing satellites, balloons can extend satellite coverage to improve connectivity,
monitoring, and rescue activities.
